AIMEE VEINER
Aimee represents employers and employees in a range of workplace matters, including employment contracts, wrongful dismissal, human rights, and employment standards. Aimee is committed to providing practical, balanced advice and advocating effectively for her clients.
Prior to joining Heeney Lawyers, Aimee articled with a national labour and employment law firm in downtown Toronto.

Aimee obtained her JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
During law school, she volunteered as a caseworker at Advocates for Injured Workers and at Downtown Legal Services.
Prior to law school, Aimee obtained a Bachelor of Journalism at Carleton University, where she graduated with High Distinction.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys travelling, playing the New York Times games section, and checking out Toronto’s theatre scene.
